Therapeutic Approach

As a Christian psychotherapist I strive to integrate the disciplines of applied psychology and practical theology. I strive to combine the truth of the Word via Christian Psychology with modern psychology in an attempt to utilize every resource at my disposal. I thank the Lord for the work of those who gave us psychological theory and we thoughtfully embrace those areas which will be helpful in bringing hope and restoration to the lost and hurting. I typically utilize more of an eclectic approach to therapy, utilizing what fits best for the client's needs. However, I draw heavily from The Object Relations Theory and The Interpersonal Model.
